Amrita Kapoor, BSN, CE, SLT
Amrita is the founder, driving force, and lead treatment provider at Skinchic Aesthetics. With a dynamic blend of clinical expertise, business leadership, and artistic vision, she is the heart of the Skinchic brand—overseeing operations, mentoring the team, and delivering exceptional care to every client who walks through our doors.
Her journey began in 2013 when she graduated from nursing school and began working in the post-cardiac ICU. During this time, she also stepped into the world of dermatology and aesthetics, gaining hands-on experience with chemical peels, IPL, diode lasers, Q-switch, CO2 lasers, and PRF/PRP hair restoration while working alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons. For two years, she served as a dedicated skin counselor, designing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
In 2021, Amrita officially re-entered the skincare industry in the United States as a licensed esthetician and laser technician. Since June 2024, she has built Skinchic Aesthetics on the foundation of regenerative aesthetics, blending skincare philosophies with modern techniques to deliver transformative yet natural results.
Amrita is deeply passionate about anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, with a growing specialization in RF technology and Procell Microchanneling. Her goal is not only to enhance beauty but to empower confidence, support long-term skin health, and create a client experience that is both luxurious and medically sound.

Alexxys Rel, BSN, RN
Lexy is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with over 4 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Holistic Health. She brings a unique, well-rounded medical background to her role as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Skinchic Aesthetics, where she combines evidence-based care with an artistic approach to beauty.
Her passion lies in helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Lexy is known for her gentle technique, personalized treatment plans, and commitment to patient education. Whether it’s Botox, PRF, or other advanced injectables, her goal is to deliver natural, balanced results that enhance each client’s unique features.
Outside of the clinic, Lexy enjoys dancing, visiting local coffee spots, and spending time with her dog, Arlo. She is dedicated to ongoing learning and is currently expanding her expertise in regenerative and aesthetic medicine under our training programs.

Dr. Mounica Gooty, MD
Dr. Mounica Gooty is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who serves as the Medical Director of Skinchic Aesthetics. With a strong foundation in primary care and a passion for integrative wellness, Dr. Gooty plays a vital role in overseeing the medical and regulatory standards that guide our aesthetic practice.
Dr. Gooty earned her medical degree from the NRI Institute of Medical Sciences in India and completed her Family Medicine residency at the UT Tyler Health Science Center. She brings a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach to care—emphasizing long-term health management, prevention, and holistic well-being.
Known for her warmth and professionalism, Dr. Gooty is deeply committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and ensuring that each client at Skinchic Aesthetics receives safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
She currently serves the communities of Frisco & Sherman, Texas, and brings her clinical expertise and collaborative spirit to every aspect of care at Skinchic.

Elsa Dass is a licensed esthetician at SkinChic Aesthetics with a strong passion for results driven skincare. She specializes in customized facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation services tailored to each client’s unique skin needs. Elsa believes in combining professional treatments with proper at-home care to achieve healthy, radiant, and long-lasting results. With a gentle and attentive approach, Elsa is dedicated to creating a comfortable and relaxing experience while focusing on skin health, client education, and visible improvement. Her goal is to help every client feel confident, cared for, and empowered throughout their skincare journey.

Collin Mathew BSN, RN
Collin is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in critical care nursing, bringing a strong clinical foundation to his role at Skinchic Aesthetics. As Co‑Owner and a lead Treatment Provider, Collin plays a pivotal role in both the day-to-day operations and the clinical excellence that defines the Skinchic brand.
With a deep passion for innovation in aesthetic medicine, Collin specializes in PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) hair restoration treatments—an advanced regenerative procedure designed to stimulate natural hair growth and rejuvenate scalp health. His approach is results-driven, patient-centered, and grounded in both science and compassion.
Collin’s dual role as a provider and business leader allows him to ensure every aspect of the client experience—from consultation to treatment—is held to the highest standard. He is also involved in staff training, brand development, and setting the strategic vision for the future of Skinchic Aesthetics.
When he’s not in the treatment room, Collin enjoys time with his family, exploring new advancements in aesthetics, and continually evolving the Skinchic experience for both clients and team members.

KESHIKA SARAVANAN
Keshika Saravanan is the Front Desk Coordinator at SkinChic Aesthetics and has been part of the SkinChic family since April 2025. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of North Texas, with a strong passion for mental health, mindfulness, and human connection.
She resonates deeply with SkinChic’s philosophy of natural beauty, mindfulness, and intentional self-care, and brings these values into every aspect of her role. Dedicated to ensuring each client feels heard, cared for, and at ease from the moment they arrive, Keshika is known for her kindness, compassion, and calming presence. She is passionate about living with intention and approaching life with empathy and warmth.
Outside of SkinChic, Keshika enjoys fashion, beauty, and music, and has a deep love for playing the violin. She values movement and staying active, finds joy in thrifting and self-expression, and appreciates the beauty of nature. She embraces a spiritual lifestyle and finds comfort in everyday moments, connecting with nature and spending time with her Dutch bunny, Mino. Her holistic outlook on wellness aligns naturally with SkinChic’s mission of balance, authenticity, and thoughtful care.
