RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

All services and pre-purchased treatment packages at Skinchic Aesthetics are strictly non-refundable.
By purchasing a service or package, the client acknowledges and agrees that all transactions are final.
This includes, but is not limited to, Botox, filler, PRF/PRP treatments, facials, laser treatments, and any other medical spa services.
We encourage all clients to ask any questions they may have prior to purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to fully understand the terms and conditions before proceeding with any transaction.
In the event of a medical or scheduling concern, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit toward future services. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 10 calendar days from the original purchase date for a store credit or exchange only.
Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.
After 10 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

All clients are required to confirm their appointment prior to their scheduled service.
Any cancellations or reschedules must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment time.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in a $100 late cancellation fee, automatically charged to the card on file.
No-shows will also incur a $100 fee and may result in restricted future booking privileges.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to dismissal from the practice.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, the client acknowledges full responsibility to review and comply with these policies.
It is the client’s responsibility to inquire about any terms prior to purchase or scheduling.
Skinchic Aesthetics reserves the right to enforce these policies strictly to ensure fairness, respect, and operational efficiency.
